Who is David Schirmer?

If you couldn’t gather from his accent David Schirmer is the sole Australian to make an appearance on The Secret. You may recognise him as the master of the financial markets being a highly successful share trader, investor, and teacher of all things to do with investment.
David heads his own company, Trading Edge, that reaches out to thousands of people to create a mindset conducive to wealth for unlimited incomes.
David is also a market commentator with articles published in various mediums including being a contributor to the ODDS Data weekly stock report, The Australian Investor magazine and the Melbourne Herald Sun. The regular accuracy of Schirmer’s analysis of both the domestic and overseas markets is quite remarkable and has gained praise all over the world.

Life on the Farm
He was born and bred on the land … a farmer from birth! He spent the first 23 years of his life on the land, first on a cattle station near Mackay, North Queensland, Australia and later in Central Queensland operating the family lucerne (alpha) farm at Goovigen, near Biloela.
He co-invented machinery to handle baled hay and went on to establish a manufacturing company to supply the machinery Australia wide. After three years of creating a success story, he sold his 50% share of the business and never got paid for it! This took everything he and his wife had plus more and was thrust deeply into debt.
For the next five years he struggled to make enough money to even provide for his family, and for much of that time was on social security benefits. Even though they had four children under eight years old, his wife Lorna had to go out and seek employment just to put food on the table, let alone service the $50,000 debt they had been left with from the manufacturing business.
During this time they fell 4 months behind in rent, had their electricity turned off, the phone was disconnected four times, the car was driven unregistered and many weeks they wondered how they were going to feed the children. David’s integrity made him refuse to declare personal bankrupcy.
Hooked on the Stock Market
Lorna had been gifted some shares from her Grandfather, and even from when David and Lorna were married in 1982 they had an interest in the stock market. In 1993 that interest in the stock market turned to desperation for David … he turned to the futures markets, trading markets such as wheat, gold, silver, Australian dollar, SPI etc. because of their extreme leverage.
In the first three months he averaged 13% per month profit, and even though this was on a small account of $10,000 it was massive for them. Then for the next two years he proceeded to lose all their money … not once, not twice but three times!!
The one thing that sets David apart from many people is that he will not quit. Each time he lost money he went back to the drawing board and figured out what he was doing wrong. Finally after two years of trading unsuccessfully he started to make consistent profits.
Studied the Markets
David studied the markets intensively for a period of six plus years during which time he developed his own strategies for trading the futures markets and investing in the stock market. His successes became known and he was asked to speak to trading organisations, companies and even for a course ran by the Monash University. A poor uneducated farm boy teaches commodity hedges and banks how to analyse the markets!
David says that many people treat the stock market as a casino … throwing their money at it with no idea on the probability of making a profit.
During his years of studying the markets he discovered that there are many pretend ‘experts’ trying to teach people. And the naive people who pay out lots of money for software and education end up the big losers.

He’s also one of the biggest conmen in Australian history. Anyone who gives this man money has a few screws loose.
Of course the entire Secret is based on greed, so I guess people have only themselves to blame if they believe someone who claims they will receive 900-1000% returns on their investments.

I have been checking out this guy for a few weeks and it seemt that he is currently under investigation by the authorities in Australia for fraud. Some people who invested money with him are also taking legal action. It seems that most of what he has said in the media and probably everywhere has been complete lies and now he is being questioned about it. I agree with you Sheila, you would be a complete fool to give this man money. As one guy on the A Current Affair story said “he is a fraud, a cheat and a lier”. I was very sceptical about that at first but now I believe it is completely true.

Schirmer seems to be blaming everyone but himself for his situation which unfortunately doesn’t stack up when he has a string of investors and traders and creditors waiting for payment from him.

The stories that Schirmer has told everyone and some on his website are lies. I have heard that he and his brother stole a patent from someone in Queensland Australia to manufacture the hay bailing equipment. He was taken to court but the person did not continue because they were christian and thought Schirmer would get justice one day. How incredible is that, here’s justice whoever you are. Schirmer is now crying poor while living in a mansion and driving a bmw and buying a $250,000 dining room table. What a hypocrite he is and who would want to invest with a person like that. It is very obvious that he has taken the money for himself instead of paying his debts and investors. God will be his ultimate judge.

What a load of crap. If you can trade Schirmer, where is the evidence? Why then did that guy on tv lose $85,000 while you were trading his money?
There are at least several thousand people who want to see Schirmer do time for what he has done to other people. I hope the authorities act swiftly.

Thanks Cathy for doing your research. Napoleon Hill wrote in Think & Grow Rich (The 6 Ghosts of Fear) that some of the symptoms that show Fear of Loss of Love are Jealously & Fault finding. He also wrote the the 7 major negative emotions (to be avoided) are Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition and Anger.
As I read some of the comments posted about me from people who either won’t identify themselves (interesting) or don’t know me I feel sorry for them that they have become consumed by negative ’stinking thinking’. All we can do for these people is send them Love. Their garbarge is so far from the truth it is astounding!

And we all know that “self praise” is no recommendation. It is a bit like all the titles that he puts after his name. Not one of them has any legitimacy, they are all self appointed titles.
He is such a deluded individual that he is now starting to believe all the crap that he has told everyone else. Of course he has to, because if he tries to change his story it will make him look even worse than he does now.
As to the other dribble that he has written it does not change the fact that he has taken a lot of money from others under false pretences. If he truly was the person that he is trying to make the world believe he is, why then are so many people irate? And have you noticed something rather interesting? Despite all his claims of innocence he has never provided any proof that shows it.

Until he can prove he still has the money and are able to pay people back, people will consider him guilty.
He should stop acting like a fool and just tell people where the money is and what he has done with them. Nothing else. He obviously HAVE TO pay people back. Until that happens no one will want to do business with him. He must understand that.

I have just visited the site that Schirmer listed where he says you will find all the facts behind the accusers lies. Guess what??? No facts!! Just the usual crap that he repeats to everyone that somehow justifies screwing people over. Schirmer when will you understand that your little game is over!! Ooh Aah we are all sooooo scared of David Schirmer and fear every word that comes out of his mouth like he is GOD. For heavens sake Schirmer, get real.
David Schirmer is apparently the only person is experiencing Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition and Anger. And we ponder just why?
He is FEARFUL because he has done the wrong thing and he knows it.
He is JEALOUS because others have done much better than him and without all the hupla that he thinks must happen to for you to be successful.
He is HATEFUL because people challenge everything he says especially when they learn everything he has said has been total lies.
He is REVENGEFUL because when he is challenged instead of resolving a problem he gets spiteful and acts like a first class fool.
He is GREEDY because he takes from other people and uses what he has taken NOT for the benefit of others but for himself.
He is SUPERSTITIOUS because he thinks that by speaking certain words (and the hilarious thing is he writes them all the time so he’s thinking them) they’ll come back to haunt him. Guess what? they do!
He is one helluva ANGRY man. Just take a look at how he reacted with the Australian TV show ACA when they STUNG HIM. He has acted like a kid caught stealing in the candy shop.
I wonder if Schirmer has any idea how many people got together and applauded ACA for putting his lies out in the open? I reckon they are still applauding, in fact I think they will continue to applaud until Schirmer comes clean.
So cut the dribble Schirmer, your actions are less than ethical and I would suggest that the authorities and the courts might find what you have done less than legal also.
Schirmer is due to pay his Platinum Super Traders TODAY (Friday 24 August 2007). If he doesn’t, the results of more lies and no action should be pretty interesting and yes, all those people who have been applauding all along will be on the edge of their seats waiting for the next episode on ACA. Bring it on!

Hear ye Hear ye, David Schirmer is now claiming to be an expert on the Bible. I have some very serious questions for him and I am grossly offended that such an arrogant and dishonest person could be such a fool as to try to justify what he has done by preaching to people about what is right and wrong according to God.
1. Where in the bible does it say Schirmer that it is acceptable to STEAL from other people? Yes that is what you have done, you have chosen and evidently very diliberately, to take from others for yourself. You set up new companies, close companies down, right off the debts, open new companies and siphon the money off for yourself. Interesting concept but not real legal it seems but we’ll leave that matter to the law to deal with.
2. Where in the bible Schirmer does it PROMOTE SELF AND SELFISHNESS? You can’t help yourself in fact I think you dream about David Schirmer you are such a sad man and yes, we really do feel sorry for you because you are so blinded by yourself and your lies.
3. Where in the bible does it say Schirmer that men who persistently COMMIT ADULTERY are acceptable to God? And where I ask does it say Schirmer that it is ok to have multiple partners at the same time? Be careful now some things might come out that you might not want your mommy or your wife to know about. I’m sure this has been a problem in every country you’ve been in…… How insulting, how insensitive and how outragreously crazy are you?
4. Where in the bible Schirmer does it say that GREED is an acceptable quality of any christian? Why have you taken from people who helped you and refused to return what is theirs? Oh yes, I know a bit more than you might think I do, you have done wrong to a lot of people and all the while lied about your real position. Thank heavens that most of the population are honest and don’t follow what you recommend.
5. Where in the bible does it allow you Schirmer to have POWER OVER OTHERS. No matter how powerful you might feel or how much your ego is enhanced standing on stage and professing such heady knowledge, you are, in the eyes of everyone you have stolen from, a very weak sad individual. In the eyes of God you are no better than the man in the gutter. Rather humbling don’t you think?
6. Where in the bible does it allow you Schirmer to FORCE YOUR OPINION ON OTHERS? Why should anyone take your opinion as truth honestly, after what you have done and so publicly too? You have not once proven anything that you have said to be true. You lie, you cheat, you steal and you know it, so why should anyone listen to you, come on?
7. Where in the bible does it allow you Schirmer to PUT OTHERS DOWN because what others think or do is not according to what you believe or think. This is an interesting one Schirmer because you are a very egotistical man, you really do have a problem accepting others opinions particularly of you. Was it you who said other peoples opinions of me are none of my business? Sadly nothing you have said or done tells anyone that you really believe it. If you did you would simply make amends and go on your way.
8. You are NOT a man of God, you are a very evil individual who is being judged very harshly because of your sinful and wickedly deceptive ways. Your interpretation of The Secret is a very dangerous and deceptive attempt to manipulate people into thinking that they need much more than God. You are attempting to set up a cult gathering by having people think you are right and following you by hanging off your words. Thank God they don’t hang off your actions because we’d have a very sinful generation indeed. Guess you wouldn’t have to explain anything then. Don’t you realise that way you responded on the interview on Australian TV where you sucked your lips ever it gave the whole world full view of your egotistical arrogant manner.
David Schirmer would like you to believe that you need his DVD’s in order to understand any of this stuff. The truth is that the BIBLE has all the answers and anything anyone needs concerning your life and the conduct of your life. David Schirmers interpretation of such things is his alone and what he is doing is attempting to justify all the hurt, solicitation, dishonesty, manipulation, greed, envy, anger, hate, jealousy, stealing, adultery, aggravation, did I mention adultery, that he has caused in his life and continues to do now. He will never know true peace until he finds peace within himself and everyone who has been hurt by him will not forgive until David Schirmer humbles himself enough to admit that he might have got it wrong may times.
Schirmer if you want to preach, get rid of your worldly posessions and preach, I mean really preach but first, you have to ask for forgiveness and with what is on your conscience I’m not sure even you believe that is posssible.
HUMBLING REALLY ISN’T IT?
This is precisely where DAVID SCHIRMER comes unstuck. He has lied, cheated, defrauded, stolen, gossipped and promoted his own opinion as being the only right one and shunned others for theirs. DAVID SCHIRMER WHEN YOU CAN COME CLEAN ON EVERYONE, PAY EVERYONE BACK LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO AND HAVE STOPPED ALL OF THE ABOVE YOU MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE OF BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY. Until then, you Schirmer, are just a little man who will be treated like everyone else because you have chosen to place yourself in the position of God. I have no doubt that THE LAW OF ATTRACTION is at work on your life Schirmer because I think the position you are in right now might not be quite as pleasant as you would like. You choose to take the place of God no matter how much you try to justify it then God will see to it that you get the lessons in life that you must have. Sobering thought isn’t it Schirmer!
SCHIRMER, YOU WILL BE JUDGED BY GODS LAW, YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT ESCAPE THAT NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY TO JUSTIFY YOUR ACTIONS.
DAVID SCHIRMER, YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO ANYONE WHO REALLY DOES KNOW AND PRACTICE THE SECRET ACCORDING TO GODS WORD.

David Schirmer, I think you know, deep down, that you are ‘hellbent’!
On that judgement day, do you really think, that you will stand amongst the faithful before God.
Or do you think you will be tormented for eternity, because of your actions now.
Ask yourself this question, because it is not too late to make things right with God, and the people you have wronged in life.
Death is forever and your only chance to fix things is before that happens. Think hard & long, before you take the next step my friend!

I believe the teachings of The Secret to be true, and so perhaps I have a more unbias view (that is only a “perhaps” so don’t shoot me!).
But whether David is innocent or guilty, it looks to me as if he is probably guilty. But I want more information.
I wish he could just give a straight answer - he said these allegations are false, but he hasn’t explained why.
To be fair they gave him the proper ACA treatment on TV where you can’t say anything (I would never go on ACA even though I’ve never done anything bad like that), but on his response on YouTube, he didn’t truly address the issue.
So I think he should give his side to this in a proper response.
And on a side note, I hope people don’t discredit the whole DVD for one crook (if that is what he is).
Hopefully people can see past this and explore the teachings of The Secret (if it is right for them) - if you look about you can learn all you need without putting any money down.

David Schirmer - I am a christian and I don’t feel comfortable with a lot of what I read or hear about you and I certainly would never recommend you or your services without further proof that you intend to come good on your promises to the people who gave to you in good faith and who you have hurt deeply. I don’t think they want to see you boasting about what you have bought with their money, that is very distasteful and spiteful. I really doubt that they would care how you spent your money if you made a committment to them but it seems from your reactions that you have had little intentions of doing that and I wonder if you really intended to at all. It would be nice to see proof otherwise but I think we are left wondering who this very untrustworthy David Schirmer really is.
I feel very sad for the rest of the teachers in the secret and I feel totally ashamed that a fellow Australian could be so foolish as to take up such an incredible opportunity without first cleaning up his house. I feel extremely cheated as an Australian and I feel you should elect to take full responsibility for the amount of hurt and sadness you have caused. I don’t think that publicly writing feel good comments is the right way to do that, I think you need to approach each person individually no matter how angry they may be with you and truly and humbly apologise. Perhaps you are not ready for that yet but I pray that soon you will be. That would be a wonderful start….and imagine how you would feel deep inside.
What saddens me most is that I was in the book store the other day and picked up the secret book. A fellow beside me said don’t go anywhere near the aussie in the secret without first seeing A Current Affair and several websites which have some comprehensive information on them. I felt embarassed as the fellow was british or something and obviously not from Australia. I thought if he thinks that and is saying that to a stranger then he is really concerned about what you have done. I can’t imagine how many people he may have told because he was there much longer than me, I left is disgust and never bought the book.
I feel so sad that you can’t see what you are doing to yourself and yours. Please wake up and if you really can’t pay your debts I think you will find people are very understanding but first get rid of the pretense, it doesn’t suit you and it really looks very shallow now.

I am deeply saddened that the secret is being used to justify unlawful, immoral and unethical actions and I make no excuses for standing up for what I believe to be right and godly whatever that takes. No person in the place of a so called “teacher” should be in a position to be questioned on their conduct.
I believe the due legal process is being followed to ensure that the Schirmers are held accountable and take responsibility for what has been done but it does not change what has been done, only Schirmer can do that. It also appears that the whole Schirmer charade has been a very carefully choreographed deliberate attempt to steal from others for personal gain. David Schimers attempts at blaming others smack of guilt and makes a complete mockery of everything concerning the secret.
It also looks like David Schirmer has been rather inventive in using company structures and trusts to shield him from his moral obligations to give back what is not his. Unfortunately for the Schirmers, they also forgot about their reputation which is now much less than savoury and that is the only thing that they have left to build further business on. Maybe what Schirmer also does not realise is that the laws concerning trusts changed in the last 12 months or so, so he may run but he can’t hide and the law will very soon catch up. From what has been said David Schirmer has been mastering this for 20 odd years so it is now high time for justice to be served.
As for David Schirmer horrendously immoral actions, God will certainly be the judge and I would hate to be in Schirmers shoes come judgement day.

David Schrimer has not paid his traders like he admitted to and promised on national TV. It seems that he thinks he is above the law. Well the forthcoming court case and trial by media might be just what he needs to be shut away for good. He has had plenty of opportunities to come good and make an agreement but it is now very obvious that his intentions from the outset were not honest. Suffer you bastard….

The more I learn about Schirmer the less respect I have for anyone involved in the secret. Rhonda Byrne should have done her homework on these people.
David Schirmer is one name I will never forget. This is disgraceful and anyone who has not stood up to him is equally as bad. It is not Australian to accept this behaviour and should never be. I know that there are plenty of people out there like David Schirmer but I’m not sure their actions have been so deliberate for personal gain. Where does it get them? Hated by their friends, mistrusted by their staff, despised by their clients and suspiscious to the authorities. Life will never be the same again for the Schirmers unless and until they come clean and pay their debts to society like everyone else. Just my take on it.

“Don’t let those negative bastards get to you”. (Hilarious) That was suppposedly posted by David Schirmer on another blog somewhere. Do you think he’s feeling a little under pressure to do right perhaps?
You see David Schirmer, everyone who wants honesty and justice from you and EXPECTS it is a bastard in your eyes because you just don’t like being held accountable for the choices YOU have made. Yes YOU made them, no-one else did and YOU chose to steal from other people to satisfy your own greedy ambitions. Not right, then how has it been of benefit to anyone else in the last 20 years? Makes the house,cars,artwork,table and whatever other little trappings you have stolen from others to get, rather lame now doesn’t it. No shine left when you have to steal to have anything and when you boast about what is not yours. Interesting isn’t it how you can dish it out but you don’t like it in return. Wonder how your actions sit with The Secret and the Church now?
You have been kicked out of one church it seems, hmmm wonder why? Could it be something to do with a predatory weakness, your dishonesty particularly with money, your deliberate greed or your manipulation of the truth or just your complete lack of ethics? Or is it just that they are all so pissed off with you that they can’t stand you any more?
In any case why don’t you STOP PREACHING you fool. Leave that to the people who truly are humble enough to take on the role and deserve respect. No-one wants to be preached at by a person who has deliberately wronged so many people and messed up people emotionally and financially. You just don’t get it do you and sadly for you, it seems your pride and ego is stopping you from getting the lessons that you so desparately need.
From my observations, you really are completely deluded.

Oh and Schirmer, who the hell wants to listen to what you said a couple of years ago when you were right in the middle of fleecing everyone. I applaud anyone who tells you you have done the wrong thing. It seems it’s only you who can’t understand that.
For the sake of the community, you would be wise to shut up and stop pretending as if you are a messenger from God. If you are an example of what any church that condones your actions is, then there is no hope for the rest of us.
Whatever you think you know, how about saying it over and over and over and over and over to yourself until you get it. That would be helpful to everyone.

David Schirmer maybe a conman but let’s not overlook Bob Proctor’s involvement. Life Success is run by the two of them. I’m not for Schirmer and I think what he did was extremely awful however Bob Proctor is no different. This is not the first time Bob has had involvement with someone/something that is unethical and immoral not to mention illegal. Bob was involved in the SGR Program which was also illegal in it’s first run and like schirmer tried to cover that fact up. Honestly, I’d like to see ACA or some american channel do an expose of Bob Proctor. He’s been screwing people out of their money for a long time with his self help mumbo jumbo and has no evidence to back up his claim’s. When I last met him he bragged about his Jaguar (Which I’ve never seen in person) and told me he was a multimillionaire (again no proof)…could it be that he’s exactly like schirmer taking money of unsuspecting people to fund his own lavish lifesytle???

The comment’s were written by an Investigative reporter by the name of Andrew Geller who like Ben wanted to expose Bob for all the lies and get rich quick schemes he has been fooling people with.
This blog is run by a company (Mindvalley) that developed the SGR Program along with Bob and together they even tried to cover up the truth by deleting the reporters comments and threating him.
I’ve personally emailed the reporter for more info on the sgr program and he’s provided me with a great load of info..including how they faked testimonials, broke the law and comment spammed etc
I use to be a strong believer in the Secret and the Law of attraction but now I can see that it’s all just one big marketing scam aiming at reeling in suckers like you and me…to make the so called “guru’s” millionaires.

Who the hell would be bothered with all this personal development crap now? Being honest, I say that my life was incredible, BUT as soon as I listened to that crap of Schirmers I started to question everything. I questioned if I liked my job, I questioned who I was, I questioned whether I truly did love my partner, I questioned why I could not have exactly what I wanted and started saying to hell with everyone else, I DESERVE THIS. Do you know what, that is the biggest load of crap that anyone could swallow. It is the most mindbending evil stuff that has been spread around the earth and someone is going to pay for the results and the serious damage it has done to our society. EVERYONE has enough of what they need in one book and you all know what that book is, the Bible. I completely recommend that no-body buys any of that stuff, if you are curious, go to the library, borrow the books and read it. I found I was completely taken with the HYPE until I saw reason, until something happened in my life that was so out of character, so wrong and so against every principle that I stood for. Now I’m a free. I have bannished all the Schirmer and Proctor type material from my life and I’m going great guns! To me that is testament that no-one can tell me what I need for my life except me. I knew it all along, I was temporarily manipulated by one mans belief and interpretation on this stuff and life and sadly that idiot does not know right from wrong and is so deluded in his beliefs that he cannot see a way out. I can’t imagine what frustration, anger, disappointment etc. he must be feeling. Even more sad is the fact that these people who are “teaching” (practicing with peoples lives)are the very people who need to listen to themselves. They say it all but they NEVER live it. God help them….

And another thing, I believe that the Schirmers have children! What sort of an example are these people showing to those innocent young lives?. Does that mean that we will have a few more rip off merchants to contend with in the future?. I surely hope not!

I am very interested in what is being said in this forum because I have been very skeptical about David Schirmer and Bob Proctor from the first time I saw them, but particularly David Schirmer. There was something about the way he would cosy up to the women and noticably some more than others and the way he was so boastful when there was no evidence of anything he was saying. I have completely lost interest in The Secret as a result. As for if David Schirmer has kids, I read somewhere that he has 6 so God help those poor kids. Why are those people saying such horrible things about you daddy? Darling don’t take any notice to them, you get that. Whenever you want to do something good in life you always get opposition. You can hear it all, sadly, that doesn’t hold water when they have a career to create on their dad’s legacy. What a bastard of a father.

I am reading all over the net where this self justification has become a phenomena as a result of secret and now is being considered a very serious social and emotional issue. Apparently the people doing well now are the psychologists post the secret because so many people have been hoodwinked by this new age gaff and are seriously emotionally challenged by it. They can’t cope with being led by the nose down a path of “follow me and buy everything of mine and only what I tell you to” and then have nothing but a bunch of books and materials at the end while feeling like shit. For heavens sake how stupid has our society become that they listen to people who have absolutely no qualifications whatsoever to tell people what is wrong with them financially or emotionally. That in particular is Schirmers problem. He has no qualifications whatsoever and he has not been honest or ethical in his business dealings yet he some how thinks he is entitled to JUDGE everyone for who they are and what they have been doing in life. It seems he has designed his whole life to create products to shove off to people telling them that they absolutely need this stuff to have a long and fulfilled life. Sadly many, including many very intelligent and wealthy people, have fallen pray to this in the past because he has been such a good spruiker. Unfortunately this sort of thing has a very short life because people want reality, truth, honesty and justice in the end. Now that it has been exposed for what it is he will try to find other ways to justify it only to find in the end he is the one that is a slave to all this new age gaff.
The only thing that anyone needs to buy is a bible. Read it, read one page a day and gather from that what you need and if you don’t feel like reading the bible go to a church near you but NEVER force your opinion on other people like David Schirmer is doing. David Schirmer or any of the other teachers have no right to tell anyone what is wrong with their life. THE ONLY PERSON WHO SHOULD TELL YOU WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU IS YOU. These people try to make you feel like you have loads wrong in your life when in fact you realise you don’t, you are actually quite normal. It is they who have it wrong and that is why they are trying so hard to justify their existence by flogging off products to make you feel good.
I have also read that Wallace D Wattles died a pauper - says it all doesn’t it!
For me, I’ve been through it all and I do not accept that anyone NEEDS this stuff. Our society is doing fine without other people telling us all what we have wrong in our lives, let alone people who have absolutely no qualifications to do so.
I would hate to be responsible for causing so much sadness, disappointment, negativity, destruction, disillusionment or whatever you want to call it, as some of these people have done and definitely David Schirmer. He has a lot to answer for and while it’s not up to us to hand out the punishment that is and will happen regardless because God is watching over all of this, we are certainly entitled to our point of view and hurting others is one point of view which I hold very strongly and object to vehemently.

David Schirmer is now soliciting for new investors as affiliates in his Wealth By Choice business. The entire population should be warned about this scam. For a person who cannot pay his current investors, who has not paid his traders the results of the trading fund, who cannot pay his staff wages owed, who refuses to pay suppliers for services provided in years ago let alone in 2006, who has people work for him and pays them nothing but a promise, who promises products and does not deliver, who lies about the status of his business, who lies about his trading ability and provides no evidence as to whether he can trade at all, who refuses refunds because he just doesn’t feel like paying them, who buys luxury items for himself out of company funds, who lies to his investors about what the company has made, who cheats on his wife constantly and with many, who steals from women for his own benefit financially, who threatens people with legal action when they question him, who lies about his financial position to get money from people and then boasts publicly of his many assets. AND he wonders why no-one wants to see others involved in anything associated with the name David Schirmer.
Apparently the media has all the evidence.

Why is David Schirmer selling the Life Success products through his own company? I considered this opportunity a few years ago and I thought the investors are taking legal action over this because they have not had a refund of their investment or any profit share while Schirmer has been publicly boasting of millions of dollars of profits. Is this another example of Schirmer ethics or just a sign of desparation? I would advise anyone to contact the media to find out who the investors are and speak to them before they pay David Schirmer anything for the affiliate opportunity he is offering through his Wealth By Choice company. I also think that anyone interested in any of Schirmers products should investigate whether he has a license to sell the products he is offering including the music and the books. In the end if you buy these opportunities you are responsible for what you are selling to the public and what music you are using and what you are saying. Be very careful, this guy has shown that he has no ethics and is apparently being investigated as well as having legal action taken against him. The investigation process is slow but the action will be swift and you don’t want to be caught up in it after outlaying thousands of dollars for nothing. You have time to investigate and remember investigating is not asking David Schirmer what the truth is, he is a salesman and will only EVER tell you what he wants you to know because he needs your money to finance his lifestyle. He has obviously shown no intentions of paying anyone back the money that he owes. Be smart because if you get involved with Schirmer, you are going to need to be.

It’s no surprise that the secret has many more secret’s. I’ve just found out that Dr. Joe Vitale a teacher featured in the secret is not an actual doctor. He just gave himself that title inorder to build credibility. Why am i not surprised. That’s exactly what david did when he said he was worth millions. Credibility in an Internet Marketer (Scammers) best friend it allows them to get peoples trust and more importantly their money. I’ve searched the internet and consulted with professors at Local Universities - There is no such thing as a doctorate in Metaphysical studies which Joe Vitale claims to have. God, I feel sorry for all those poor people that invested with him after watching the secret.
Since this is new news, I’d appreciate it if some of you spread the news just like you’ve done with David Schirmer to prevent other unsuspecting people/investors from getting burned.
Also while we are on the subject I’ve done some digging behind Michael Beckwith another teacher in the secret and cannot find any information on the doctorate he claims to have…I really hope he didn’t fake his doctorate to gain popularity…he was my favourite teacher.
It seems like the LOA has ultimately back fired on the Secret Teachers and Rhonda Bryne. Reminds me of the saying “The Hunter has finally become the hunted”. For the people these guys have conned I hope they spend and eternity in hell.

As for David Schirmer, he claims on one of his websites as being the “World Famous Presenter and #1 Stock Market Analyst as he reveals the Secrets that earned him a reputation as an International Market Guru.” I think it’s pretty obvious who wrote this egotistical misleading deceptive bunch of crap.
How deluded must a person be not to turn this around before jail time is the only option. I think Schirmer is quite looking forward to time behind bars because he has shown no intention of paying any of his debts at all. He is such an idiot that he doesn’t know when, where or how to stop. I suppose if you need to finance multimillions of dollars of loans to support your lifestyle (thats apparently what Schirmer NEEDS to feel good about himself), stealing is the only way to finance it. Some people have said he was dangerous, I can only imagine just how if this guy is let loose.
Anyone with an ounce of brain is not going to hand over thousands of dollars to him now. If they do, my hearty congratulations you have just gifted thousands of dollars towards Schirmers lifestyle, just don’t expect to see anything for it. You’ll get 5 days of mind numbing brain mushing crap from Schirmer telling you how good he is and why you are so fortunate to have invested with the most amazing person on the face of this earth. After that, don’t bother phoning because you are simply a nuisance as Schirmer needs to create more suckers like you to finance his next repayments.
You might also like to know that the products Schirmer is handing out IS STOLEN PROPERTY(and I have to ask did everyone who went to the Mind & Money event get their wardrobe full of products???????????), he also does not have the rights or a license to sell some of it and if you don’t believe me, follow the David(above and a coincidence I hope) advice and contact the media for the correct information.

Do you know what is even more incredible about Schirmers email about Tony Robbins is that he even admits to USING OTHER PEOPLE way back then. He USED PEOPLES CAR, he USED PEOPLE FOR PETROL, he USED PEOPLE TO GET INTO THE EVENT. How incredible NOTHING HAS CHANGED so why the hell would anyone want to be associated with Schirmer?

I have been to Anthony Robbins seminar and can say it is very empowering. The key with all of these types of events is that they want to make you “feel good” so you come back for more. It looks like David Schirmer needs to “feed good” in order to be comfortable with himself.
I would like to see David Schirmer do the right thing by everyone before he starts taking from people again. I think that is the right and Australian thing to do.

I am disgusted at David and Lorna Schirmer for taking so many peoples money and not returning it when they are boasting of being such wealthy people. Obviously that is another lie which they have lived for a long time it seems. Well Dean I’m not sure the authorities or anyone else stopped Schirmers seminar and to be honest that is not what people are trying to stop. As far as I know, and what I want personally, is the emotional and financial carnage to STOP as a result of Schirmers actions. That is all…. No-one is saying that they should not have what they want but everyone is saying that they cannot have it at the emotional and financial expense of others. That is in direct conflict to everything that Schirmer is boasting about being the guru of which effectively makes a complete mockery of the whole personal development and wealth industry.

It appears that David Schirmer is now forcing his belief according to the bible and God onto people. I completely object to this because it is his interpretation ONLY and because of what he has done to many people. Every soul on this earth is allowed to believe what they wish in their hearts but they have no right to force that opinion on others by preaching to them. For David Schirmer to try to expound his belief on others shows his level of ignorance and ego, none of which is Godly.
David Schirmer Gods desire for abundance does not mean that you steal from people which is what you have done and no amount of shouting from the street corner (which is what you attempt to do because if feeds your ego) will change that. You are being judged on your actions in your business and your financial affairs. What you choose to believe personally is your business and not everyone elses. You have no qualifications to be a preacher because you have committed adultery many times it appears and still apparently. You have stolen from people, you have deliberatedly lied for your own gain, you have cast many stones without first looking at your past and your actions. How do you think others will take your foolishness by trying to pretend that you are some great spirit ready to heal the world. First heal yourself and then perhaps some may listen. Until that happens, keep your opinions to yourself and stop hurting people by pretending you are an expert.

I have found something very interesting on another forum that has only recently been added. I think it is appropriate that everyone take a read and then take a good look at themselves. I am in no way supporting what David Schirmer may have done or may even still be doing, quite the contrary. I think it is just a very good exercise in checking your own intentions and I think it is particularly appropriate for David Schirmer given the accusations others have made.

I know David personally. I can assure you that he is an incredible man with a big heart. What he has done for my wife and I is incredible. He has mentored us, shared with us a plan that worked, and filled our lives with joy, hope and the ability to choose if we work and when we work.
It has been proven over and over again that once one achieves success, there will be people who try to tear them down. For all the Christians above…Jesus is living proof that this statement it truth.
David was completely ambushed on the “A Current Affair” show. They invited him under false pretense (an outright lie) then proceeded to call him a liar. If that’s not the pot calling the kettle black I’m not sure what is. Only time (and clever lawyers) will tell what the truth is (I hope). Meanwhile, I prefer not to get caught up in other peoples drama…and go by what I know personally, and that is…David Schirmer would not hurt anyone purposely.

Well Keith, because you have not yet been doneover by Schirmer yet, and I ephasise “yet”, because eventually you will be if you have something that Schirmer wants, does that justify all Schirmers wrong doings against a lot of people over a long period of time?
Does it justify taking $100,000’s off people who worked hard and honestly to get it in the first place, then claim that the business failed (this from someone who claims to be a guru around money, another laughable claim among many), yet at the same time was financing a lifestyle of expensive caars, holidays and house, just because you gained some benefit for yourself? Where did all that money come from for those items?
Because you gained some benefit from Schirmer, does that mean his immoral actions around women is justified?
Do you actually know the person you are standing up for, because I would be careful if I was you, because you will be tarred with the Schirmer brush if you are found to be unholding him once the truth is out.
You have to remember that one of the greatest talents of every conman is to convince those around him of his great success and outrageous claims. Have you actually done your due diligence to find out from people other than Schirmer and people that can be trusted that he has actually achieved anything?
As for Schirmers Success, have you seen any proof of it? He claims to be a multi-millionaire yet has more outstanding debts and claims against him that would suggest otherwise. Staff are leaving because of his inability to pay. THese are not the sorts of claims you hear about multi-millionaires. There are a number of business people around Australia that are now distancing themselves from him once they found out that he is not a multi-millionaire in any sense of the word. Cars, houses, and claims of expensive furniture does not make a person a multi-millionaire.

Apart from the onging investigations by a number of Australian GOvernment Authorities, there are also no less (and quite possibly more) than 3 legal cases being made against Schirmer for a number of diverse issues.
Innocent people do not get this number and range of issues against them.

David Schirmer is incredible, as Keith has admitted, he is an incredible fraud. He also has a very big heart for buying things for himself with other peoples money. I don’t think it is a smart move to admit that you have been mentored by David Schirmer especially when his qualifications and reputation is very much under question. I also observe that you are the first person I have read about who has actually saying their experience was anything positive. Most people I have asked about the guy say “there is something sleazy about that guy” “look at his eyes they look suspicious” “I made a choice to be at arms length because there is someting not quite right about that guy” “His actions don’t back up what he’s saying”. You should ask around too and not just take Schirmers word for it. There also seems to be a lot of comments from people who have had contact with Schirmer professionally whose experience is vastly different to yours. I wonder just how close you are to Schirmer or are you Schirmer?
To even compare Schirmer to Jesus is an insult to creation itself because Jesus did not steal or commit adultery or lie or cheat or do anything of the sort and he also did not pretend to be something he was not making him a fraud. He did not pray like a hypocrite. Attempting to preach to everyone just like Schirmer does is not helpful to anyone that is arrogant. Take your arrogance and selfrighteosness back and think for a moment what other people may feel like if what Schirmer is being accused of he has actually done. I have tried to do that and the negatives far outweight the positives in this case.
Try also that Schirmer invited himself onto the TV show on false pretenses. He wanted to plug himself and his lies when it is quite obvious that the media knew otherwise from the many complaints that they had already received. Of course it’s sensational tv but then that is where Schirmer wanted to be seen and for free too it seems. Womens magazines and a free plug on tv just shows you his depth of character. So before you go plugging your friend (or maybe your partner in crime)do a bit more homework otherwise like the others have said you look completely naive and on the way to being caught in the schiesters web yourself. Look at Ivan Milat, his family have protected him vehemently, judge for yourself whether he was innocent or guilty of the crimes towards his victims. Is this a similar situation?
I don’t know if Schirmer is possessed with the spirit of jezebel but I sure can see some stiking similarities and probably the most glaring would be denial. I think if you asked any of Schirmers victims they would not deny it was stupid to get involved with him in the first place but when you are lied to, what then? Whose responsibility is it to take responsibility for that? Maybe we should ask God about that one?

Thats a caption on a picture that I have seen which I think may be appropriate. I also think your life certainly has been a warning to the many people you have affected negatively.
As someone said you can pull out all the “what about all the people who I have helped” but it will never fix up what you have done that is wrong. Best idea is to not do the wrong in the first place and then fixing it up is not a problem. All the thanks you might get from unsuspecting people who don’t know what you have done to others might then really mean something.

It is dissappointing to see so many people affected by David Schirmers greed. I hope that the authorities in Australia stop this quickly and allow everyone to get on with their lives. David Schirmer has no right to expect any other treatment than what he has given out and I would think he’s not enjoying it very much. It looks like he has made people suffer for years so he can expect a good few years of his own treatment. I don’t support anyone who has deliberately stolen from people just to benefit themselves and I don’t care who they might think they are either.

I know some of the things he has done and some of the people he has done things to and I have curiously sat back and watched for several years as he has had people come and go continuously. They come all happy and excited and leave a mess or totally pissed off because Schirmer can’t keep his hands clean or think of anyone but himself. Schirmer thinks he will get away with it all but he is so deluded that he doesn’t realise what he is doing to himself and his reputation and his future. So many people are not wrong Schirmer and they certainly are not lying despite your whinging denial and continual lies. I am happy to sit back a lot longer and just watch as you slowly implode out of arrogance and pride. I can because I have never done what Schirmer has done and I hate people that do.

What are the authorities doing to shut this guy down? I have friends in NZ and they already knew the guy before he landed. Does he think kiwis are so backward that they dont’ do their research. Look I have no doubt that some things that comes out his mouth are good because he is just repeating what anyone can read and I also have no doubt that he’s a crook. If the guy can’t pay anyone back why the hell is he still operating? He obviously has absolutely no ethics because if he doesn’t pay for his cars and house he will have it taken off him so guess what guys, the money is all going to his lifestyle and that is no doubt why his creditors are very angry. What David Schirmer has done to these people just makes me sick to the stomach. I can’t believe someone who goes to a church and who claims to know the secret has done what he has done. David Schirmer deliberated lied to these people, he cheats on his wife and he denies having done any of it. David Schirmer is a complete fool who deserves to have his professional name blackened. I have seen much of the evidence and I know David Schirmer has been given until Christmas to pay out some of these people and if he doesn’t do it, he can expect even more of what he has suffered so far. No-one is going to walk away from as much money as he has taken and used on his houses and cars and lifestyle and think nothing of it or do nothing about it. He did not work one minute for any of that money and those people worked years to save it. How dare David Schirmer think he has a right to take anything from anyone under those circumstances. No-one should rest this case until Schirmer has made some sort of restitution to his victims. All the evidence I have seen indicates that everything he has done has been very calculated and deliberate and I’m sure the authorities can see right through Schirmer.
Anyone game enough to stick up for him had better know both sides of this issue because I was very sceptical until I made some enquiries. Now I have absolutely no doubts that Schirmer deserves to be behind bars for a long time. God knows who he learnt where to do all this stuff but i sure as hell would not like to be a member of his family. To think he has sons who will carry on his name is very worrying, not only do they have to live with thier fathers legacy of shame and disgrace but their example has been seriously evil.

He stole from his student, clients, friends and probably relatives also. He has lied beyond what is normal, he cheats all the time and he is a complete fraud. He expected his platinum students to hand over their studies and expected them to also hand over material and information which they had PAID FOR THEMSELVES while attending other teachers workshops. So they paid for Schimers hideously expensive workshop and then he stole the information from them that they had paid for elsewhere. Schirmer is a bastard beyond belief and he thinks hes a smart arse. Let’s see what the authorities think about all of this Schirmer. No point denying it as it’s out there is megaformat.

Some very serious questions need to be asked by the public. These are David Schirmers words taken off his own website:
• Did you make only 24% on your money per year in the last 4 years?
• Or did you follow what you learnt in the Basics Of Charting and Technical Analysis workshop or the Complete Stock Market Home Study Course and make over 285.6% (before leverage)?
• Are you one of the people who got the course then did nothing with it? Now you have seen the market rise and rise and you are kicking yourself because you missed out on making tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars?
Unless you have made at least 285.6% since the beginning of 2003, then you better read this very carefully.
Schirmer states this as fact but I have a question, why have you not been able to provide the 2005 and 2006 Platinum Super Traders with a return? Why are you hiding the truth? You are a fraud and your own words shame you. Don’t expect sympathy because you don’t deserve it.

David Schirmer has destroyed a lot of peoples lives, hopes, dreams and even marriages including his own. He continually gets up on stage and spruiks about all the good he has done and completely discards the incredible damage he is doing to other peoples lives by stealing from them, lying to them, he continually cheats on his wife and he is a complete fraud. He has no professional qualifications and everytime he is confronted, without fail,all he does is deceitfully and callously manipulate people to stop them focusing on all the wrong things he has done. He will be judged very severely by a much higher power than any judge or critic on this earth. If you don’t believe me, just ask all the people who used to work for him and any of the people who have walked away from him and his business in the last 8 or so years. All these people are NOT wrong the only person suffering serious delusion is David Schirmer and it will be the very thing that will destroy him. It has come to the point where no-one feels sorry for them because their arrogance and ego are destroying them. The longer it goes on the worse it gets for them, no-one else. The longer it goes on the more the authorities have to pin on them despite Schirmers extremely arrogant and ficticious comments that he owes no-one anything. I know, I paid for a meal for them and their kids and have never been paid back and that has been a common story. They just feign not having money to pay for stuff and get other people to pay for it for them. They have even done it with the people who work for them. I do not feel sorry for any situation that they find themselves in because if David Schirmer believed what he is spruiking about he would know to shutup and get on with doing the right thing, something which he finds very very hard to do.

I rang Schirmers office to speak to Herbie Muench who it says on one of their websites works for them. I have since found out that Herbie Muench resigned from Schirmers employ about 6 months because he was totally pissed of with his ethics. David Schirmer is an embarassment to the secret.

This guys advice is totally delusional but he follows his own advice because he doesn’t pay his bills or the people he owes money to. And he just keeps taking money from people so why the hell would he care about a salary. His advice in these times of rising interest rates is absolutely criminal and is only getting more and more people into serious trouble by taking his advice and spending far more than what they can ever earn just to have a good time for now.

I feel very uneasy about this person. If he is being investigated then there is a very good reason for it. There are only a few people saying anything good about him and they have obviously not been involved with him in a professional way. I feel grateful that we have been warned about him and I hope that others speak up about experiences they have had with other secret teachers also. To David Schirmer, I would think that if you are who you say you are you will follow through on your promises and not be nasty to people you have hurt. You can’t trust many people these days and this persons actions have shown that you really can’t trust people who think they can tell you what is wrong with you psychologically without any experience or qualifications at all. I find that very dangerous and offensive. I do wonder whatever caused him to think that he is qualified to mentor people when all he has done is read other peoples work and just repeated it. Surely there are some laws against that?

They try to multiply their possessions but have absolutely no values. They have learned how to make a living, but don’t have a life. They add years to life not life to years. They have narrow viewpoints and do larger things but not better things. They think they are big men but have very small character. They talk more, but learn less. They plan more, but accomplish less. They rush, but not wait. They focus on steep profits and have shallow relationships. They seek fancier houses but have broken homes. What happened to the books that Schirmer and Gerry Roberts promised the attendees of the Mind & Money event LAST year? That was just more lies by Schirmer to get people to go to this event.
I am tired of all the lies and misleading. Why do this when you know that you are being watched very closely. Does a preacher go to the pub and get drunk? No, he lives the life expected of him as a preacher. Does a doctor go and fix up a motor vehicle no, because his job is a doctor. Schirmers job is to live the secret and the only thing he seems to have done is lied and mislead people deceitfully for his own gain. I want to see the authorities step in and do a thorough investigation and if possible close him down until it is complete. It is not right that so many people have been hurt by his actions and he continues to live the high life. I can’t imagine how the guys sleeps at night.

I believe that David Schirmer deliberately lied and deliberately deceived people for his own benefit. His actions toward the people who tried to help him are an absolute disgrace and just one of the things that he should be held accountable for. To publicly claim that he does not owe anyone anything is a very deceitful and blatant attempt to get away with his actions. And now because he has been so arrogant and not acted in an appropriate manner in business he will now have to answer to everyone including the authorities. I am sure that many people attempted to seek restitution and some sort of solution long before any of this became public knowledge but it seems that Schirmer put his faith in his threats to hush the critics when in fact it only incensed those he owed money to even more. Now it seems that the numbers are far greater than he can handle and he has lied so much that he has twisted himself up in his lies. Who cared about his involvement in the secret or anything else until he started denying that he owed the very people who funded his businesses in the first place anything. Only someone very greedy and desperately wicked does this, takes from people and then denies any of it. It now seems that many have come to the conclusion that what he did was a very calculated and deceitfully corroborated attempt to take everything which belonged to everyone else off them and never be held accountable for it. Because David Schirmer has chosen to act in that manner he will no doubt now have to face the law and his accusers in a way which will embarass him immensely and shatter what reputation he may have left. I would say that David Schirmer created this whole mess all for himself because his ego and greed took hold of him in such a way that he could see no other way out.

In fact I suspect that many will want him to wallow in his self pity for quite some time before then facing justice. Thats what he gave out so it’s certain to come right back at him. I am offended that David Schirmer is allowed to hold an event where he influences children and teenagers. What has been exposed about the guy, his morals, his secret activities and his shameless lies has led me and many others to believe that he should be kept away from children of any age. His actions are a complete disgrace to THE SECRET and I believe he should be asked to remove every association from it. At the very least until his name is cleared. I for one am protecting my children from people like this who have been named as predators and no doubt for good reason. I also find it extremely offensive that Rhonda Byrne is associated with this guy it can’t be doing her business any good. I now read that he is copying THE SECRET symbol for his own use. Wrongs can only be righted by the person who perpetrated them. Perhaps if Mr Schirmer was a little more humble about his mistakes it might be better. Going to the media and boasting about your great wealth while owing people a lot of money is not a very good thing to do if you are a christian. If you have to do that to feel good about yourself or make more money for business then you have a very serious problem. It is wrong to take advantage of others to benefit yourself and anyone who does that will be punished by our maker and by public opinion. What Mr Schirmer needs to do is admit his mistakes and do whatever these people want to make peace and move on. If it costs him a lot then so be it, maybe that is the price to pay for his mistakes. I don’t think he should fear doing the right thing but he should fear the results of not doing the right thing and maybe his life won’t change until he acknowledges his mistakes.

Eeeewww! Might be an interesting year. I am just disappointed that he was involved in the secret and his problems have tainted the secret. Yes it is about time the authorities looked into these peoples claims and did something about the way they try to manipulate peoples minds for their own gain. I would like to see some of the so called success stories that they talk about also. Just because people go away from a seminar feeling all happy (and not realising that they have had a brainwashing for a day or two) does not mean that anything has been a success.

There is NOTHING Christian about what David Schirmer does. He follows Dan Kennedys BIG MOUTH BIG MONEY philosophy and plays the I LOVE JESUS card when it suits which does not sit well with a lot of people particularly those in the church.
When you make MONEY the focus of your life it IS the route to all evil. EVERYTHING that David Schirmer does is focused on making money for himself not for anyone else, just himself. If it was not then WHERE is all the proof?

This guy is deluded. On a blog site someone has written about Schirmer and the secret and said that Schirmer was “the man who inspired it”. The guy is a brainless greedy twat who will do and say anything to make money to take anything for himself that does not belong to him. I think he is completely deluded to the point he doesn’t even know what he’s doing any more. I’m surprised he’s not kicked out of the church and the secret or maybe he is by now.

Well I don’t think they are all wackos, just some. The ones who shine for a moment and then fade away into the distance never to be heard of again, make their money and go on dreaming. Everyone has to make a living and by what means is up to the person but taking something away from others to benefit yourself has only one end result and it’s never favorable, thats why we have laws because humans can’t be trusted to do the right thing all the time. Mr Schirmer knows what he’s done and no matter what he says publicly, it’s the quiet moments when he contemplates his actions and motives that he knows why things are the way they are. I personally don’t believe his actions were right and especially in the responsible position he was placed as a representative of the secret movie. The only right thing for him to do was to calmly seek a resolution but his ego seemed to block all sensibility in that regard and he took all the credit for himself. He went on air boasting about everything he had recently bought for himself while there were many people just waiting to be paid, that’s all, just to be paid back. From what I can see all of those people put their trust in what Mr Schirmer said he could do and if he didn’t deliver on that then he is answerable and doesn’t have the right to publicly boast of his own great fortune because the fortune is not his. I think Mr Schirmer will have a lifetime to contemplate these mistakes and I’m sure the people he owes money to will also because there lives will have been changed forever. Loss is never the same experience as gain no matter how anyone might explain it and I am sure the money that the people gave Mr Schirmer they worked very hard to save and pay taxes on. He has no right to stand up and publicly claim to be a millionaire when he did not do it of his own and has not compensated the people who made his dream possible. What about their dreams? Any wonder everyone is so angry and disappointed with him. Its quite sad really that we humans can be so greedy and frankly stupid. I hear that there is a sequel to the secret movie called The Opus and Mr Schirmer doesn’t appear to be included in it. I guess that answers every curiosity as to the price he must pay for his foolishness and greed and that is just the answer from the universe. What about how he must be answerable to the laws. It will be an interesting year for the secret and what it has created. Let’s hope it really is for the betterment of mankind and for the awakening to our greedy ways. It has certainly been a lesson for me.

Awesome comments here. What I would like to know is if David Schirmer owes all these people and probably loads more by now if these have not been paid, why haven’t the authorities stepped in by now?
This is a very sad case of delusion and greed. What is it that they say “If there is a loophole in a weak law, greed will fill it” and “Whether they are legal or moral crimes, they are still crimes”.
Will be interesting to see the conclusion to this and I certainly hope that Mr Schirmer does not make an appearance in any sequel to the secret. That I would find incredibly offensive.

The Opus is not the sequel to the secret but it has some of the people in it who were on the secret movie. To be perfectly honest I think everyone is getting sick of these movies and the sad saga’s that surround some of the self called teachers on them. I’m not sure what they are attempting to teach but real teachers are kicked out as soon as they are seen to be causing issues with the students. Are Rhonda Byrnes and her business partners following these principles?

Well thats interesting and that should seal the deal. I don’t think Bob Proctor would do such a thing without a truckload of evidence in his favour and I dont feel even a little compassion for the Schirmers. They chose to take on the mantle of and affect many peoples lives so they must deal with the consequence of that mantle. If they have done wrong they will have mislead the whole world. I will follow this with interest because I find it appalling that people can claim to be something when they are affecting people emotionally.

I am deeply offended at the ethics being shown by people who are claiming to be something that they are not. I believe these people have tried to find a way around the law to say whatever they want irrespective of how damaging it is to other peoples lives and emotions and the only purpose is to get as much money as possible for themselves. If this guy has done that then his reward is yet to come and if he hasn’t then you have to ask why so many people are so upset?

It only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole case. I think we are seeing this and it’s very disappointing. The bad apple should be removed immediately to give the others a chance to present well.

Mr Schirmer has just recently completed an abundant life seminar on the Gold Coast. It went for 2 and a half days. It was a personal growth seminar, designed to change peoples lives. It was a guarantee that at end of seminar, people would not be the same. There was a Faith section and a “
